Sip Kitchen | 25 Apollo Drive, Mairangi Bay

Sip Kitchen began on Saturday the 8th of March with a hiss and a roar. Profiling some great sips from smoothies and juices to spritzers and coffee. Sip Kitchen is the brainchild of health aficionados Darren and Vicky and evident through the brews and eats with coconut nectar replacing sugar and superfoods like maca root and hemp seed. You would be mistaken for thinking this had opened in Kingsland, Grey Lynn or Britomart, but no, Sip Kitchen brings some great initiatives in coffee and health brews to the deprived upper North Shore.

Along side these tasty treats is Merito Coffee, brewed 3 different ways in store and on offer for purchase to take home or back to the office. Try your tastebuds at a slowly extracted cold drip or a smooth Chemex filter with one of Merito’s Single Origin coffees. Alternatively, the old faithful flat white or long black is available through the espresso machine serving Merito’s Elegance  blend.
