Our current Single Origins on offer are the San Emilio from El Salvador and the Moreninha Formosa from Brazil. We will be changing these with the seasonality of the crops, so check back and see the latest we have to offer.
We are offering this both as green bean (so you can roast it yourself) or hand roasted. Check out the Green Beans/Roasted Beans link under Shop for a little more info.

Welcome back, we have been working hard over the last few months to get our site into a place where we think it will be more helpful for you. Have a nosy around, we have simplified things a bit and added a few more products, including some I am very happy about like our ever-changing selection of green beans.
For a quick introduction, I am Hans Pronk, owner of Merito, established in 2007. We also have a nicely established espresso bar in Auckland Central called ME at number 72 Albert Street. Here you will find our coffee brewed daily from 6:30am Monday to Friday. You can also read up on some great coffee experiences I have had – published either online at NZ Herald (Keyword: “Caffeine Hit”) or monthly in the Weekend section of the paper.
